We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD and SVG. For print materials a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI is ideal. For apparel and drinkware a high-resolution PNG or vector works best. Not sure? Send what you have — we'll advise.
Once we receive your design we prepare a digital proof showing exact placement, colours and sizing. You approve by replying to our text or email. Nothing goes to print until you say so.
For apparel and drinkware we start at just 1 piece — no minimum. For print materials (cards, flyers, brochures, posters, greeting cards) our minimum is 50, up to 500 per run.
Payment is by e-transfer to imagefly@gmail.com. Auto-deposit is enabled so funds arrive instantly. Production starts after both proof approval and payment are confirmed.
Most apparel and drinkware orders are ready in 3–7 business days. Print materials typically take 5–10 business days. Rush orders may be possible — just ask!
We primarily print your supplied artwork. For simple tweaks — resizing, colour changes, adding text — we're happy to help. For full design work let us know and we'll advise.
